We think the whole process of submission is good. On the one hand, the two anonymous reviewers afford very good constructive suggestions. MDPI provides us with very professional reviewers. On the other hand, as a non-native speaker of English, English editing services are very important. After the paper was accepted, MPDI again provided high-quality English editing services. This is great!

Thank you very much for your support! Sometimes we have had a few problems or doubts (with authors, reviewers, Land, etc.) during the long and demanding process for 16 published papers. However, everyone solved them in a good way with Land. In fact, we are happy because we are going to be guest editors in a "Second Edition" about our SI. Thank you very much for your past and recent invitations and help!

This was my first time publishing a manuscript in Antioxidants and I found the process to be a very positive one. We received two reviewer reports very quickly after submission and the constructive comments helped to improve the manuscript. I also liked receiving a notification containing the comments of the first reviewer so we could already begin to think about how we were going to respond to the reviewer and edit the paper accordingly. After acceptance, the proofs were received very quickly, and I was kept up to date by the journal editorial staff at all stages. There was also an opportunity to provide a graphical abstract to help illustrate the key findings of the paper for wider dissemination.
