Oncology

A section of Journal of Clinical Medicine (ISSN 2077-0383).

Section Information

Recent advances in molecular technologies and diagnostics have provided many tools for effective cancer therapy and increased patient survival rates. The oncology section facilitates the translation of experimental results into clinical settings, taking research findings from the “bench to bedside and back”. This translation is fundamentally important for advancements in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and effective treatment.

The oncology section welcomes original research articles and reviews on genetic/epigenetic alterations, biomarkers predictive of response to oncologic therapies, in human and in vitro studies of new pharmaceutical formulations, cancer metabolism, angiogenesis and metastasis, infectious agents related cancer, cancer immunology and immunotherapies, epidemiology, clinical trials, and controversial themes in oncology.
