Dear Colleagues,
The Journal of Clinical Medicine will be publishing a Special Issue on precision medicine in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The topics of interest include, but are not restricted to, the following:
- Targeted and combination therapies;
- Predictive biomarkers;
- Genomic profiling;
- Checkpoint inhibitors and PD-L1 expression;
- CAR-T cell therapy;
- Circulating tumor DNA or cell-free DNA;
- Chemoimmunotherapy;
- Next-generation sequencing of tumors.
The Special Issue welcomes original research articles, short research reports and review articles. A unique aspect of the journal is that it welcomes studies with negative results that are instructive in the progress of a particular area of research.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Journal of Clinical Medicine is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
