Dear Colleagues,
This Special Issue of International Journal of Molecular Sciences focuses on systemic molecular-based treatment in patients with breast cancer and ovarian cancer. New methods including molecular analysis, such as next-generation sequencing, protein omics, single-cell analysis with CyTOF and other methods, could be presented in original work or reviews. For the clinical part, all papers are welcome that focus on new therapeutic options including molecular-based treatment such as PIK3CA inhibitors, AKT inhibitors, PARP inhibitors, CDK4/6 inhibitors, SERMS, SERDS and immunotherapy agents.
