STEM Education

A section of Education Sciences (ISSN 2227-7102).

Section Information

STEM Education Section focuses on all areas of learning, teaching, and assessment in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. It will attract and promote research and educational development in the field of STEM education. The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges to the education sector, where educating future students with STEM content became even more challenging, particularly with the move to hybrid or remote learning mode. Many education providers are taking steps toward digital transformation and implementing a range of remote teaching, learning and assessment approaches.

The section seeks to bring together scholars, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to collectively and critically identify, investigate, and share the best practices in STEM education. The section will cover original articles, as well as papers, which provide critical literature reviews of research on specific STEM topics of interest.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal as soon as accepted.
