Dear Colleagues,
The drug discovery industry has become such a competitive market that it is constantly challenged to acquire superior drug discovery technologies. Breakthrough forms of biosensors and nanotechnology offer innovative solutions and provide researchers with greater analytical power and higher data quality. In the field of drug discovery and development, the main focus of biosensors and nanotechnology is to enhance diagnostic and assessment methods, and develop improved drug formulations and delivery systems in order to strengthen disease treatment. The field of biosensors and nanotechnology for drug development, delivery, and monitoring has become extremely popular due to the advantages of a short analysis time, high sensitivity, and real-time analysis. However, the application of technology in this area requires further improvement. This Special Issue aims to describe scientific works on biosensors and the latest nanotechnology employed for drug discovery and analysis. Authors are welcome to submit both original articles and reviews.

For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Biomedicines is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
