Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is a well-designed clinical study. The methodology was described clearly and easy to follow by other researchers. The presentation of the MS and language were appropriate. I have no specific advice to improve the MS. I think it is publishable in its current form.

Reviewer 2 Report

Thanks to submit the manuscript “A Digital Therapeutic Allowing a Personalized Low-Glycemic

Nutrition for the Prophylaxis of Migraine: Real World Data

from two Prospective Studies" to Nutrients.

The manuscript is interesting and brings important results from a scientific point of view. The authors studied the impact of a low-glycemic diet on migraine control and obtained encouraging results for the public. The manuscript is well written, the experimental part appears to have been well conducted, and the subject is within the scope of Nutrients.

I have some suggestions just to improve the quality of the manuscript:

Improve the title of Figure 1.

Please note that figures and tables must be independent of the text and therefore the description of abbreviations must appear in footnotes.

Our response: We are very pleased that we were able to meet your expectations and would like to thank you for your positive feedback and your helpful advice. We have revised all subfigures texts and table descriptions, so that figures and tables now clearly explained independently of the text. All changes are traceable trough the “Track changes” function in the manuscript.
