Reviewer 2 Report
Paper is intended to summarize recent data on the influence of modifiable -healthy life style aspects in the pathomechanisms of AD and to critically discuss the role diet and its conseqences in this process. The idea is relevant, however the review structure should require more complex approach with critical and comprehensive view on the role of dietary components, physical, mental activities, educational level within very complex pathomechanism of various forms of AD (vascular, neurodegenerative dementia ...). Paper should include a clear differentiation between forms and clinical maifestations of AD and their relevant pathomechanisms. References should cover comprehensive world- wide recent relevant literature data on this topic. Paper review is always intended to cover and to critically discuss the recent experimental data from many laboratories and approaches and data should be applied in a ballance manner.
