Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues

Diagnostic techniques and methods in cardiovascular medicine have undergone an exponential development over the last few years. The improvement of the existing clinical diagnostic pathways, a process accompanied by major advances in technology, has resulted in the development of novel methods that enable prompt and efficient diagnosis of even the rarest cardiovascular diseases. From genome-wide analysis to four-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging and the spectacle of artificial intelligence, this rapidly evolving field is changing the scenery of cardiovascular medicine day by day. It is crucial therefore for researchers, scientists and physicians to remain to date with the most recent advances in diagnostic methods of cardiovascular disease.

The aim of this Special Issue is to present and share the novel techniques used for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and evaluate the several diagnostic tools and methods that have emerged in the last few years. For this purpose, we welcome researchers to submit their valuable contributions in this important field. We welcome both original research and reviews.
