The 27th European Association for Vision and Eye Research Congress
Dear Scientists, Researchers, and Authors,
We are pleased to announce the next 27th EVER Congress, which will be held from 3rd to 5th November 2024 at Valencia Conference Center.
The European Vision & Eye Research Association (EVER) is the leading ophthalmological research association in Europe, which covers all areas of ophthalmology and visual sciences.
One of the main activities of EVER is the organization of a high-quality research meeting every year at a location chosen for its access and congress facilities.
The 2023 EVER Congress was a great success with 883 attendees, 52 represented countries and 460 posters.
EVER Congress 2024 will provide the perfect environment to promote the best research in vision, retina and eye, bringing together clinical, translational and basic science in a very beautiful, welcoming and dynamic city.
There will be eight keynote lectures delivered by outstanding researchers in our field:

- Soubrane EVER Keynote Lecture: Prof. Jens Kiilgaard, Denmark;
- De Laey EVER Keynote Lecture: Prof. Napoleone Ferrara, USA;
- Special Recognition EVER Keynote Lecture: Prof. José Carlos Pastor Jimeno, Spain;
- Ophthalmic Research Lecture: Prof. Leopold Schmetterer, Austria;
- Heritage Lecture: Prof. Andrzej Grzybowski , Poland;
- Past President Lecture: Prof. Nora Szentmary, Germany;
- EVER ACTA ophthalmologica lecture: Prof. John Barbur, UK.
