[IECAG 2024] Present your work at the 4th International Electronic Conference on Agronomy
Dear researchers,
We are pleased to announce that the 4th International Electronic Conference on Agronomy (IECAG 2024) is back. The conference is organized by the MDPI journal Agronomy (ISSN: 2073-4395, Impact Factor: 3.7) and will take place online between 2–5 December 2024 (Central European Summer Time).
IECAG 2024 invites researchers from academia, as well as agronomy practitioners, to contribute original findings, novel ideas, scientific concepts, new technologies, and experiences to address diversity in various fields. The conference will focus on fostering discussions related to breeding and the selection and management of farming systems, with a special emphasis on water usage and biocontrol. We encourage submissions that cover the following topics:
- Breeding/Selection Technologies and Strategies;
- Sustainable Soil Management and Farming Systems;
- Resilient Horticultural Production Systems;
- Permanent and Rotational Grassland and Weed Management;
- Precision and Digital Agriculture;
- Water Use and Irrigation;
- Plant–Crop Biology and Biochemistry;
- Biostimulation and Biocontrol Microbial-Based Strategies.
Important Dates
Deadline for abstract submission: 5th August 2024
Abstract acceptance notification: 2nd September 2024
Registration deadline: 27th November 2024

Note: We will accept abstracts for this conference only. To publish a conference proceedings paper for free and submit a full manuscript to Agronomy (ISSN: 2073-4395, Impact Factor: 3.7), please refer to “Publication Opportunities” in the “Instructions for Authors” section.
Best Oral Presentation Award and Best Poster Award
Number of awards available: 5
There will be five winners selected for these awards. They will each receive CHF 200, along with an offer to publish an extended paper, in a Special Issue of Agronomy.
