Dear Colleagues,
The Guest Editor is inviting submissions to a Special Issue of Energies on the subject area of “Stochastic Dynamics, Control Algorithms, Response and Reliability Analysis of Offshore Structures”. There have been many new developments and achievements in relation to analysis, design and operation of offshore facilities in recent years. These achievements have been made possible by research activities within multiple branches of engineering, e.g. structural analysis, response monitoring, data processing and cybernetics. Moreover, structural response monitoring, digital twin modeling and analysis of big data are also interesting topics for researchers working with all kinds of offshore vehicles and installations.
This Special Issue will deal with novel optimization and control techniques for power and energy systems. Topics of interest for publication include, but are not limited to:
- Stochastic dynamics;
- Structural analysis and design;
- Reliability analysis;
- Digital twins and surrogate models;
