Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to submit your scientific research to this Special Issue of Catalysts entitled “Role of Catalysts in CO2 Utilization Approaches: Toward Economic Decarbonization”. This Special Issue encompasses a range of cutting-edge research topics related to CO2 utilization, with a focus on the recent advances in the current state of the art and their alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals and the ambitious objectives set forth at the recent 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28). The aim of this Special Issue is to compile medium-sized review papers or original research articles showcasing pertinent and recent developments or achievements in CO2 utilization. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the utilization and development of both commercial and novel processes for CO2 utilization applications, alongside the life-cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis of these processes. As such, we welcome original research papers and review articles.
