Dear Colleagues,

Peripheral vascular disease (PAD) developed with arteries limited blood infusion into leg muscles by appending of fatty deposits. To date, the high prevalence of PAD had found in developed countries. Risk factors of PAD were identified as age, sex, body mass index, smoking status, comorbidities including diabetes mellitus and hypertension. However, the inherent or causative role of genetic variations in PAD is essential. The aim of this Special Issue is to collect state-of-art and latest advances progress in methodology involving the genetic and genomic to prevent and improve the prognosis of PAD.
