Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsTitle: The effects of SARS-CoV-2 on Angiopoietin/Tie axis and vascular endothelium
Okay
Introduction: concise and well defined the SARS CoV-2, its family and structure. And it matches with the title of the manuscript.
Review literature:
1. Endothelium and angiopoietin family (Angpt 1, 2, 3, 4,) is described in a good way
However, some more information is needed as given:
1. Line 247 onwards more information is required
Inflammation causes endothelial cells to secrete the Tie2 antagonist angiopoietin-2 (Angpt-2), which suppresses Tie2 and causes a prothrombotic phenotypic change.
You may use : PMID: 34506304
2. add this subtitle -“Endothelial dysfunction associated multi-organ injury” (write 150-200 words)
3. Add this subtitle - Evidence of SARS-CoV-2 induced endothelial dysfunction and mechanism. (write 150-200 words)
Comments on the Quality of English Language
dear authors
readability of the article is fine.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThe work presents in an accessible way issues related to the role of SARS-CoV-2 on Angiopoietin/Tie axis and vascular endothelium. The Angiopoietin/Tie axis and the vascular endothelium play an important role in regulating the functions of blood vessels, and their disorders may lead to serious health consequences. The impact of SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19, on this axis and the function of the vascular endothelium may be important for the development of thromboembolic complications and organ damage observed in some patients.
The work describes a little-explored issue in the scientific literature (when I entered the phrase "SARS-CoV-2 on Angiopoietin Tie" in the PubMed search engine, only two publications were found). One of the last paragraphs in particular, "Potential impact of SARS-CoV-2 on Angpt/Tie signaling", is important for the scientific community because it summarizes what has been established during the recent pandemic. Describes current scientific issues.
The work is one of the few works on the topic, summarizing the knowledge acquired so far in a unique way.
The work is not experimental, but cites clinical studies based on which it draws logical conclusions. In summary, the answer to the authors' main question about the impact of SARS-CoV-2 on the Angiopoietin/Tie axis and vascular endothelium is that it may contribute to a variety of pathological processes such as vascular dysfunction, excessive activation of the inflammatory system and increased risk of clots, which may lead to serious thromboembolic complications and organ damage in COVID-19 patients.
I consider the references to be appropriate. Figures 1 and 2 significantly enrich the manuscript and are of sufficient quality for publication. No tables are included, but neither is there any data in this review that requires them.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThis manuscript delineates the effect of SARS-CoV-2 on the endothelial in the host. This review manuscript writing is outstanding, with well-balanced organisation and comprehensive. The references in the manuscript were appropriate and cited all needed literature in this field. This manuscript is a good review article in the field of COVID-19 pathobiology.
However, I recommend adding more information that links the basic science/mechanism to the actual circumstance (clinical level or real patient) that could increase the value of this manuscript. This manuscript mentioned a lot of basic science, but data on actual patients was scant.
Typos.
1. Line 33: "SARS-CoV". Suggests using "SARS-CoV-1" to avoid the confusion.
2. Line 35 and elsewhere: " SARS-CoV2". Suggests using "SARS-CoV-2" throughout the manuscript to make it consistent with almost all forms.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThank you for addressing my comments and submitting the revised version of the manuscript. I find the improvements made to be satisfactory. While I acknowledge that the primary focus of this manuscript is on basic science, I believe that incorporating a discussion on the clinical implications of the identified mechanisms would significantly enhance the overall value of your work.
