Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper presented for review concerns currently commonly used RFID systems. It is a review work, prepared on the basis of 103 literature sources selected by the authors. The work is interesting and touches on important aspects related to today's technology. However, I have some comments and suggestions:
- I do not understand why chapter 3, which describes technologies not necessarily related to RFID, was presented. Please add genesis
- Fig. 3 - descriptions are hard to read, please enlarge the font, which should be similar to the font of the text; moreover, the source is not given, did the authors of the manuscript make this engraving themselves?
- Fig. 4 - too small font, which makes the description poorly legible
- lines 200-210 - when listing from dashes, a uniform style should be maintained, and in this case the authors ended each line differently. Also, they should start with a lowercase letter
- picture 5 - no source, is it your own work?
- tab 1 and tab 2 - the data contained therein is illegible due to the small font - please increase the size
- whether Figure 6 was developed by the authors (no source). In addition, as before - the font is too small, even with a significant magnification, the diagram is illegible. For this reason, I am unable to deduce anything from the simulation. This remark applies to all subsequent figures and tables
- the description of the simulation is, in my opinion, too general. Its key aspects should be clearly marked, such as the goal, input parameters, simulation parameters, tools used, etc…

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors have analyzed the issue of digital technologies, their capabilities and risks quite extensively. The authors conducted a simulation of RFID technologies of an automobile company, where the advantages of using RFID systems were revealed.

As recommendations, authors should most clearly present the results of their research in the abstract, indicating how their results differ from existing studies.

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Authors:

This is a wonderfully written conceptual paper. The only suggestion I would like to give is to prepare a TOWS matrix. While SWOT analysis provides adequate information about the scanning the external and internal environment, TOWS matrix allows us to formulate strategies with various combinations of SO, WO, ST,WT strategies. That makes the paper complete.

Other than that, one-time proof reading need to be done.

Good luck to the authors.
