Line 203: Should the spheres in Figure S1 have different radii? I can't tell the differences.

Line 311: The calcium concentration is in figure 6B.

Line 326: The figures to be referred to in the text are Figure 4 and Figure 7D.

Line 416: Remove the point from the title.

 

Figure 1 – Poor quality and hard to read map. Need a clearer and crisper figure. The symbols and the differences are not clearly distinguishable.
