I have no major concerns with the manuscript by Gyawali et al., only a few minor points to be addressed as follow:

- line 121: Is it right to call hexyl butyrate an insecticide?

- lines 130-132: What do you base your movement predictions on? Please provide more details/references to back them up.

- line 134: insert `Fig. 1c`

- Fig. 2 and 5: Isn`t ethanol used as control? There is a control treatment already on these figures (water?). If so, I suggest more appropriate names.

- line 314: correct to `hexyl butyrate`

- lines 334-335: sentence ending with `(Fig. 1)` is odd

- line 121: Is it right to call hexyl butyrate an insecticide? WE AGREE, AND HAVE ADDED A COMMENT TO ADDRESS THIS VALID POINT.

- lines 130-132: What do you base your movement predictions on? Please provide more details/references to back them up. VALID POINT, AND A REFERENCE HAS BEEN INCLUDED TO SUPPORT THIS ASSUMPTION.

- line 134: insert `Fig. 1c`. THIS HAS BEEN INCLUDED.

- Fig. 2 and 5: Isn`t ethanol used as control? There is a control treatment already on these figures (water?). If so, I suggest more appropriate names. THAT IS AN EXCELLENT POINT, AND WE HAVE CORRECTED THE FIGURES ACCORDINGLY.
