.Indicate the relation of the conclusion "In the 21 analyzes, displacement, acceleration, story drift ratio, base shear ratio, and damage mechanisms in 22 the columns and beams obtained from the fixed based and isolated based structures were compared. 23 As a result of the study, it was deduced that significant improvements were observed on the struc24 tural behavior of all regular and irregular models having seismic isolators under earthquake effects." to the research title.

.Rewrite "Mazza [29] investigated the reliability of using elastomeric and sliding base-isolation systems for strengthening of the buildings with plan irregularities. For this purpose, an irregular 5-story reinforced concrete frame building was investigated under the effects of near-field earthquakes with pulse-type and non-pulse-type on the soft and medium-soft ground"

.Present the assumption of "The dynamic analysis 205 of model structures with fixed and isolated base, which were created by using fiber hinges 206 used for columns and beams, were carried out by ETABS structural analysis program."

.Specify "The maximum displacement for the isolation unit is determined by the lower bound values under the influence of the maximum considered earthquake (MCE), and the maximum force and acceleration acting on the superstructure are determined by the upper bound values under the influence of the design basis earthquake (DBE)."

.Denote of "Table 2. In the table, W represents the weight of the structures, and TFB and TIB denote the period for the fixed and isolated base structures, respectively."

.Recheck "The contribution of the obtained error ratio to the total error ratio is determined by using the defined weight coefficient, and the first scale coefficient can be calculated accordingly (Fig. 8.c). The purpose of determination of the first scale coefficient is to minimize the amount of error."

.Need to explain more "Moreover, the displacement data at the isolation level and the roof floor are depicted in Fig. 12 for all models with isolated and fixed base."

.Extend more "As can be seen in Fig. 16.a, there was a slight increase in the acceleration values with the increase in the irregularity of the structure. In Fig. 16.b, the acceleration data obtained from the fixed base structure models are presented. The acceleration values obtained for each floor increase compared to the reference structure (R) with the increase in the irregularity of the structure."

.Restate "The floor acceleration values are decreased by 50% in a comparison to fixed base structures due to seismic isolation."
