The paper is interesting. It would have been very informative had the authors conducted some research on the growth promotion effect of the biocontrol agents on the seedlings of Blueberry. Also in vitro study of the biocontrol agents against the pathogen could also have shed light on the underlying mechanism of the biocontrol agents in protecting their host or acting against the pathogen.

I have commented on the article itself. The authors may review and work on my comments as in the pdf file.

The manuscript entitled " Microbiome Modulation in Blueberry Rhizosphere by Biocontrol Bacteria and Plant Health " describes a very interesting subject. The authors did a lot of work, and the methodology used is adequate for the objectives of the study. The results are of interest and support the conclusions. The manuscript has the potential to be accepted. However, there is still some minor issues need to be addressed before the paper could be accepted as follows:

·         Lines 2-3: Paraphrase your title to be more attractive and clearer.

·         Line 65: Which mineral????

·         Line 100: What is IFAPA????

·         Line 101: What does it mean by green house?

·         Line 136: hour abbreviation is “hr” not “h”, please revise throughout the manuscript.

·         Line 291: Italicize P throughout the manuscript.

·         Line 300: Replace “pvalue” with “P-value” throughout the manuscript.

·         Line 383: Mention the treatment detail between brackets after treatment A to make it easier for the readers, please revise throughout the manuscript.

·         The authors should cite Figs. 5 and 6 in the discussion section.

·         Line 433: Which treatments??? try not to over-reach and to be more general, while also highlighting potential areas of future research.
