Dear Colleagues,
Polymer coatings have become a popular candidate material for surface modification due to their advantages of good chemical stability, simple processing, and low cost. Modification of the polymer provides it with the functions of anti-fouling, corrosion resistance, and self-healing, making it suitable for numerous fields. In this Special Issue, emphasis will be placed on, but not limited to, the following topics:
- Polymer coating development;
- Polymer coating modification;
- Polymer coating characterization;
- Polymer coating properties;
- Polymer coating simulation;
- Application of polymer coatings.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Polymers is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
