Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue aims to collect high-quality review papers from all areas of systems microbiology. Topics include microbial interactions at the single-cell and/or at the microbial community level using omics and/or meta-omics, bioinformatics and mathematical approaches, integrating and analyzing complex data sets (phenomics, genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics) to develop mechanistic models, and the development of bioinformatics and statistics tools for complex systems modeling and novel approaches to microbiome analysis. We encourage researchers from related fields to contribute review papers highlighting the latest developments in systems microbiology, or to invite relevant experts and colleagues to participate. Full-length, comprehensive reviews will be preferred.
