The 1st International Online Conference on Mathematics and Applications—A Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Mathematics' Impact on Our Wellbeing (IOCMA 2023)

We are pleased to announce that The 1st International Online Conference on Mathematics and Applications—A Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Mathematics' Impact on Our Wellbeing (IOCMA 2023), chaired by Prof. Dr. Francisco Chiclana, Dr. Ivanka Stamova, Prof. Dr. Tadashi Doh and Prof. Dr. Yang Hui He, will be held on https://iocma2023.sciforum.net/ from 1 to 15 May 2023.

This conference aims to provide leading scientists working in the field of mathematics with a robust common platform in which to share and discuss the latest research and to promote the advancement of the area of mathematics and its interdisciplinary applications. We hope to encourage discovery across the discipline as we cover the following four broad themes in sessions S11-S12, as listed below:

  • S1. Engineering Mathematics:
  • S2. Mathematics and Computer Science
  • S3. Dynamical Systems
  • S4. Financial Mathematics
  • S5. Mathematical Physics
  • S6. Algebra and Geometry with Applications to Related Fields
  • S7. Probability and Statistics
  • S8. Mathematical Biology
  • S9. Network Science
  • S10. Fuzzy Set Theory
  • S11. Difference and Differential Equations
  • S12. Computational Mathematics

We proudly invite the global community of scholars to join IOCMA 2023 to present their latest research and development and share novel ideas on the multidisciplinary aspects of research and development of mathematics and their applications. Thanks to the flexibility of our innovative electronic platform, you are welcome both to upload and present your work and to attend the conference completely free of charge. We are also considering creating a Special Issue for selected conference papers in our journal Mathematics (ISSN: 2227-7390, IF 2.592, https://www.mdpi.com/journal/mathematics). Papers published in the Special Issue, if one does get created, would receive a 20% discount on the Article Processing Charges.

IOCMA 2023 offers you the opportunity to participate in an international scholarly conference without the concerns and expense of travelling—all you need is access to the Internet. During the conference period, you will be able to upload papers, posters, presentations (including videos) and comment on other presentations, and otherwise engage with fellow scholars in real time. In this way, the conference offers a novel opportunity to exchange opinions and views within the scholarly community and to discuss the papers and latest research in a discussion forum.

Abstracts (in English) should be submitted by 31st January 2023 online in the section “New Submission” (https://sciforum.net/user/submission/). After abstracts are accepted, please submit the full paper by 15 March 2023. The conference itself will be held from 1–15 May 2023.

We hope you will be able to join this exciting event which is organized and sponsored by MDPI, a scholarly open access publisher (https://www.mdpi.com/).
