Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue of the Journal of Clinical Medicine will highlight the field of personalized medicine for managing heart failure and optimizing heart transplantation outcomes. This Special Issue outlines the pioneering strategies and technological advancements that are reshaping patient care in these critical areas, covering every aspect of current scientific research, such as invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular testing, artificial intelligence application in medicine, biomarker evaluation, genetic testing and new aspects of pharmacological and device therapies.

This Special Issue aims to provide researchers with an opportunity to publish both original research and review articles related to recent advances in the field of heart failure, with a particular focus on holistic and personalized management.
