Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

With an increasingly aging population and a growing burden of non-communicable and certain communicable diseases, the global need for supportive care and palliative care will continue to grow. Their interventions not only improve patients' quality of life, but also reduce unnecessary hospitalization and the utilization of healthcare services.

The main aim of this Special Issue is to seek high-quality submissions on the progress in supportive care and palliative care, as well as the results of their practical implementation.

Topics may include studies on palliative medicine, on cancer and non-cancer diseases, and supportive treatments for patients facing serious illnesses.
