Dear Colleagues,
You are encouraged to submit articles discussing the intelligent system and Internet of Things. With the rapid development of computer science and technology, intelligent systems and Internet of Things engineering has become a hot topic. The application of intelligent systems is one of the major advances in artificial intelligence. The Internet of Things project can realize the ubiquitous connection between things and things, things and people, and realize the intelligent perception, identification and management of things and processes. The Special Issue “Advances in Intelligent System and Internet of Things” aims to design and implement various research outcomes, intelligent systems and other Internet of Things (IoT) applications fused with artificial intelligence (AI).
In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Internet of Things;
- Intelligent Systems;
- Ubiquitous Connection;
- Intelligent Connection;
- Artificial Intelligence.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Applied Sciences is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
