Dear Colleagues,
Nondestructive testing technology and equipment have gained importance in the agricultural sector in recent years. This technology is essential in enabling the noninvasive and accurate determination of the quality of agricultural products, which is crucial for food safety and meeting the demands of the global population.
The objective of this Special Issue is to present the most recent developments in the field. The papers solicited for this Special Issue focus on a range of topics, including sensing-data-processing models, as well as laboratory and analytical techniques and instrumentation, with a specific focus on 3D imaging and tomography, which facilitate the visualization of internal structures and defects in agricultural products. Additionally, the Special Issue emphasizes calibration-free sensing-data-processing models.
Overall, this Special Issue seeks to highlight the cutting-edge nondestructive testing technology and equipment for the agricultural industry and provide a platform for researchers to showcase their latest findings and innovations in this field.
