Summary: This study's primary objective is to examine a selection of papers describing previous initiatives to employ Civilian Drones in Safety applications. Using a systematic review methodology, 45 publications were analyzed for the purpose of the study. The research demonstrates how civilian drones have been utilized in a variety of safety applications, such as security cameras filming a home to assure its safety.
Comments and Suggestions:
- The considered topic is quite interesting. However, the paper is not well presented.
- Almost all the content is included in one table.
- The authors need to adopt the classical way of writing papers. That is, writing sections and paragraphs in textual form and summarizing the key findings using appropriate tables and figures.
- Avoid including long sentences in tables.
- Figure 1 is not clear enough.
- The authors need to add a short paragraph about the security aspects of drone communications. May this influence the proposed approach? - For this purpose, they may include the following references (and others) in their study: 1. https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/9842403 2. https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/21/6/2057 - The authors need to identify open challenges and to propose recommendations for future work directions.

In my opinion, the paper still needs more work in terms of writing and presentation. Table content should be kept to a minimum, and excessive usage of bullet lists should be avoided.

We have addressed the comment from you regarding the excessive usage of bullet points (please see the attached changes). We could not do much about the contents on the table, however this kind of papers the readers expected to navigate their way in these tables or refer to the paper itself.
