The manuscript is very clear and features an improved externally magnetic field controlled rbot system with new features and increased abilities.

Minor comments

 

Need to further discuss what are the limitations or drawback of C-MCR

Delivery the system does it, but it doesn't deliver – how do they release the drug? Continuously or with some trigger?

 

Repeated words – for exemple line 1 introduction

 

Although the experiments are carried out in an ex-vivo environment, it would be important, as a proof concept, to present some in vivo measurement. But this does not prevent the authors from presenting the paper.
