A theoretical estimate of the critical Reynolds number in the flow around the sphere was performed. The comments are listed as follows.

1.       The introduction needs to be improved. Some citation positions contain more than ten pieces of literature. The references are too broad, and it is recommended to subdivide and summarize the cited literature.

2.       The validation is from references, it would be better if there were independent experimental corresponding to current calculation verification.
