Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

-plase clarify the novelty of your paper

-a comparison with previous work would be useful

-pag 6. should w1 and w2 be in rad/s?

-pag 7, a reference is missing "To meet the form in the reference [], construct two new variables as follows:" before eq (21)

- references are too old

Author Response

Thanks for the expert's suggestion.

1.I have clarified the novelty and summarized the content of this paper in more detail in introduction.

2.I have appended two pictures about previous frequency-domain controller in simulation in order to show better robustness.

3.I have amended unit of the pictures w1 and w2 and made some numerical value corrections.

4.I have revised it by adding reference.

5.I have used some new references on some recent projects and appended some new references. But, some old references about old project have been kept.

Reviewer 2 Report

Aiming at the coupled problem of MIMO system with multiple sensitive-axis and disturbances of actuators, this manuscript investigates a mixed-sensitivity  control method for drag-free spacecraft in frequency-separation control. On the whole, this work has a significant contribution to the research community. The work has provided a solid mathematical and analytical foundation for the proposed mixed-sensitivity control based on state space.  But further clarification and justification are needed for a few places as below.

1. It is recommended to expand the simulation section to be more detail and more discussion.

2. The images shown in Section 3 are suggested to be high resolution.

3. English language is suggested to be polished, including the tense, sentence, and type errors. For example,

Line 90, ‘represent’ --> ‘represents’

Line 91-92, ‘output’ --> ‘outputs’

Line 127-128, State ‘variable’ of X1 and … --> variables

Line 133-134, ‘transformation’ --> ‘transform’

Author Response

Thanks for the expert's suggestion.

1.I have appended two pictures about previous frequency-domain controller in simulation in order to show better robustness.

2.I have increased resolution of the pictures in section 3.

3.I have polished the English of this paper, including the expert mentioned, some obvious spelling mistake and some tense wrongs.
