I recommend extensive editing and correction of English language;  I also found some important misspellings (for instance, lines 226 and 230 - "diluted" instead of "dilated").  General impression is good, but the MSS style is somewhat hectic, some parts of the text contain repetitive sentences.

An abstract can be given

How Nanoparticles induces oxidative stress after it adheres to the surface of the cell wall? ROS is a broad terminology, authors can specify by discussing with a case study

“literature therein” can be avoided in the reference citation

Apoplastic and symplastic movement of NPs is given. What about the fate of nanoparticels in the plant? Many nano-formulated fertilizers and pesticides are available to be used in agriculture, what could be the fate of such NPs
