Reviewer 2 Report

The article examines the eIDAS Regulation as a key and groundbreaking legal regulation of the European Union. Above all, I appreciate the appropriate choice of methods, especially the critical analysis of the adopted eIDAS regulation, primarily examined through its impact on the existing legislation regarding electronic signatures and the adopted amendments, necessary for the unification of the legal framework for electronic signatures of the member states of the European Union. By analyzing the legal aspects of the electronic signature, the authors came to pain points, which had to be revised and incorporated into the new Act on Trusted Services due to the adopted regulation. I also appreciate, and for the result of the study was beneficial, that the authors incorporated selected application problems from practice, or scientific and doctrinal interpretations associated with the application of scientific and scientific literature. The authors of the study thus confirm the opinion of the village and professional community, and point out that there are still problems that need to be solved by amending the law. In general, the study is spaced very interestingly and stimulatingly with relevant overlaps in the application level. I therefore only propose to expand the background of international scientific opinions and also to discuss the results of these supplemented studies in the results section of the article.
