The Mincer model is a well known and fairly tested economic theory on many national/international samples. The added value of this paper is the focus on Covid19 impact in Peru. 

Overall the paper is easy to follow and has a logic structure but more context is missing. Also when using Pearson ρ, there shoud be information on statistical significance (for example, when the text mentions "Pearson ρ equal to 0.5022").

One of the variables - Marital status is a categorical variable, therefore it makes no sense to include median or standard deviation (table 2). For the description of the Sample, there can be a summary n=x for each category. 

The discussion should identify limits of the study and specificly quantify the covid impact. 

Some editing is required - for example Table 1 description "Operacionalización de variables del modelo." should be in English. On line 396, there seems to be a missing sentence, etc.

In general, the research material of the article requires certain changes and revision. The first section is very large and, unfortunately, the given examples and materials are well known and practically do not represent scientific value. As for the research methodology, the material is of scientific value. However, in both the methodology and the descriptive analysis of the variables explaining the economic income of Peruvian households, the main factor of education suffers from the fact that the study does not show the educational system in Peru. It is not clear how it works and what problems exist, including those caused by the pandemic.

Therefore, the various interrelationships of social factors that the authors associate with economic income are weakly expressed. In this connection, the correlation between income and education has been described by the authors is exceptionally poorly described. At the same time, the relationship between economic income and education are shown quite concretely.

The authors should shorten the first section, expand and strengthen the analysis of the relationship between social factors and the impact of education on economic income. Of course, Peru's education system must be shown. In addition, the article has almost no conclusions and proposals. Subject to changes and additions, the material may be recommended for publication.
