Reviewer 2 Report

Vitamin A seems to have a significant role to play on the equilibrium between the osteoclasts’ and osteoblasts’ activity and thus, this study is rather interesting. The novelty of the research protocol is also significant. Introduction is fine. Materials and methods are thoroughly described.

It is a publishable work. Minor note: references numbering appears double and must be corrected.
