The theme is interesting for in the development of urban planning in a modern city. The documentation is vast and denotes a thorough knowledge of the field, being reviewed many papers.The paper is clear and well structured and the translation is quality. The research methodology reveals a good knowledge of the mathematical methods and models specific to the researched field.
The conclusions are useful for optimizing the transportation of the population by metro, as well as for the development of the city.

This paper is very interesting and the topic is actual and of great relevance, especially considering the benefit in sustainable transport, in the optical SDGs.
The methodology is presented into detail and the results obtained are clearly highlighted.
Some revisions are necessary after the publication.
Introduction should be improved. The state of the art could be improved
The objectives of the work should be highlighted into detail in the paper.
The quality of the Figures and the presentation of the paper should be revised.

Keywords : Please the keyword “network” is always repeated . Try to reduce the frequency in the keyword.

Please add other References with recent publication years to underline the actuality of the research topic. The literature review could be enriched.
