Overall, this is a well-written manuscript. The authors showed a detailed background and introduction. The methods were nicely depicted and they were easy to understand and follow. Please see my following concerns:

1. In table 2, please add the sub-sample size for each seed migration group; this will help the readers to understand the sample size in each group;

2. Please add the ROC/AUC curve, this will help readers to better understand the result;

The authors devised an index, seed density, that considers not only the number of implanted seeds but also the prostate volume. This study aimed to examine the usefulness of seed density as a predictor of migration. The manuscript is well-written. However, seed density as a predictor of migration needs further studies to be considered a valuable tool.

 

  • I suggest making a conclusion paragraph.
  • Check typos.
