Advances in Filament Engineering for Biomaterials

We are pleased to invite researchers from the fields of biomaterials, additive manufacturing, and tissue engineering to submit their latest research findings to our journal. This Special Issue focuses on the latest advances in filament engineering, nanomaterials, composites, biomimicry, and material properties, with a particular emphasis on their applications in drug delivery, wound healing, and tissue engineering. We encourage submissions that explore novel approaches to understanding cell–material interactions, as well as investigations into the potential of filament engineering to enhance the performance of biomaterials. The issue aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of the art in the field, and we invite original research, reviews, and perspectives that will contribute to our understanding of these exciting and rapidly evolving fields.
