About Zoonoses

Aims

Zoonoses (ISSN 2673-9968) is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal. It publishes original research Articles, Reviews, Communications and Editorials that offer substantial new insight into infectious diseases transmitted between animals and humans. Zoonoses comprise a large percentage of all newly identified infectious diseases as well as many existing ones. Zoonotic diseases are caused by pathogens like viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi. These pathogens can lead to many types of illnesses from mild to severe including death, and can spread through a variety of transmission channels such as direct contact, airborne transmission, vector-borne (by biting or mechanical transfer), oral transmission (contaminated food or water) and contaminated environmentis.

There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental details and/or method of study, must be provided for research articles.
