interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the

As the Editor-in-Chief of Sensors, it is my great pleasure to announce the winner of the Sensors 2023 PhD Thesis Award. This award is for a PhD student or recently qualified PhD who has produced a highly anticipated thesis with great academic potential.
