Dear Colleagues,
Numerous problems in applied mathematics, machine learning, statistics, probability theory, computer vision, optimization, dynamical systems, automatic control, biology, economics, physics and many other fields can be advantageously formulated in a geometrical framework.
This often leads to beautiful geometrical problems with differential or algebraic aspects.
This Special Issue is devoted to research on the applications of geometry, either differential or algebraic, to any field. Theoretical results that emerged from an applied context are also very relevant to this Special Issue.
We invite authors to submit original research articles and high-quality review articles that fit the scope of this Special Issue.

Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Mathematics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
