Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue, titled "Numerical Analysis, Mathematical Modelling and Machine Learning Methods for Electronic Networks", focuses on original research papers on the applications of numerical techniques and modelling approaches in the field of electronic networks. The Special Issue aims to publish and enhance the understanding and optimization of electronic networks through computational methods.

The Special Issue will accept and publish research papers and discuss them in the field of electronic networks in various domains, including telecommunications, power systems, and information technology. It emphasizes the need for accurate modelling and analysis techniques to improve network performance, reliability, and efficiency.

The Special Issue will accept papers focusing on novel techniques, improvement and analysis of existing techniques, as well as comprehensive overviews of numerical analysis, mathematical modelling, and machine learning methods employed in electronic network studies. These methods include finite element analysis, finite difference methods, and spectral methods. The Special Issue will discuss their applications in solving network equations, simulating network behaviour, and predicting system response under different operating conditions.

Moreover, the Special Issue will include papers that emphasizes the importance of mathematical and machine learning modelling in understanding complex network phenomena. It will explore various modelling approaches, such as circuit modelling, graph theory, and stochastic processes, to represent the behaviour of electronic networks accurately. This will include papers that discuss the advantages and limitations of each modelling technique and provide insights into their practical implementation.

The Special Issue will also include papers highlighting the potential impact of numerical analysis and machine learning modelling in advancing electronic network research and development. It will consider papers discussing the need for further research in developing innovative computational methods and modelling frameworks to address emerging challenges in network design, optimization, and security.

In summary, this Special Issue will contain and provide a concise summary of numerical analysis techniques and machine learning modelling approaches used in the study of electronic networks. It will highlight their significance in improving network performance and offer valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in the field.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Mathematics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.

Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 2600 CHF (Swiss Francs). Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
