Travel Award

Dear Colleagues,

As Editor-in-Chief of Geriatrics, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2020 Travel Award sponsored by Geriatrics.

The Travel Award was granted to Dr. Esmee M. Reijnierse, an early career researcher specializing in sarcopenia and currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow in the @AgeMelbourne research group at the University of Melbourne in Australia (AUS). She has extensive experience in conducting cohort studies in a variety of settings, i.e., inpatients, outpatients, general population, and healthcare professionals.

The awards consist of 800 Swiss Francs each to support attendance at an academic conference in 2020.

We would like to thank all the applicants for submitting the diverse and fascinating range of research topics. Please join me in congratulating Dr. Esmee M. Reijnierse on his award!
