Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Laboratory cytology diagnosis has emerged as a pivotal field at the intersection of pathology, oncology, and clinical medicine. This special issue will delve into the current progress and applications of laboratory cytology diagnosis, encompassing areas such as liquid biopsy for cancer detection, automated screening of Pap smears, and the utility of cytological assessments in disease diagnosis. We also explore the integration of machine learning and deep learning in cytological image analysis, promising faster and more precise results.

Looking ahead, the future of laboratory cytology diagnosis holds immense potential. We anticipate enhanced early detection of diseases, more personalized treatment approaches, and a deeper understanding of cellular processes at the molecular level. Join us in this exploration of the present and future of laboratory cytology diagnosis, as we seek to advance healthcare through cutting-edge research and innovation.
