Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The case report describes a case of relapsing ovarian granulosa cell tumor successfully treated with combined leuprolide and letrozole. This is a clearly presented case with detailed histology and imagine films. Although there have been many cases about the treatment of anti-estrogen drugs published in the literature, this case still throws new light on certain incidents.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors presented a patient in which a combined therapy with a GnRH agonist and an AI to treat recurrent GCT allowed complete and sustained remission of disease. There were no reports of treatment with the two agents used; this is a report of 6 years of therapy followed by 3 years of follow-up. I find it to be of considerable clinical value. I also think that the clinical course and the discussion are meticulously described.
