1. It is common to increase the performance of an antenna by introducing dielectric cover. Therefore, the authors need to further justify the advantages and innovativeness of this work.

2. In Fig.16, the cross polarization on the xoz-plane is much lower than that on the yoz-plane, please explain.

3.  In Table 3, the radiation efficiency is 99.7%, which is almost 1. Is this accurate?

4. How was the antenna measured? Could the authors provide some photographs for the measurement?

5. The writing should be improved. Some figures are not clear, for example, Fig.3. The formatting should be improved, for example, Line 113 to 119.

In this paper, authors presents novel concept of  Wideband Millimeter-wave MIMO Antenna.

 This is an article about antenna design, for this type of article it is written correctly and can be published after introducing a few changes.

Several elements need to be corrected in the paper:

(1)      The paper is well written and the presentation of the work is good.  However, the some Figures quality is poor which needs improvement in the revised version.

(2)      Figure 13, Figure 16 of poor quality.

(3)      In Figure 13, please present the results of the normalized radiation pattern in polar plot. Please add descriptions of the axis and descriptions of the presented measures

(4)      In Figure 16, please present the results of the normalized radiation pattern in polar plot in 360 degrees.

(5)      The authors in the conclusions may add an exemplary practical application of the proposed antenna.

1- The paper titled with "Multiple-Input Multiple-Output" MIMO, and the author is just using Multiple Antenna Element in receiving, why? 

 

2- Abstract: Please focus the abstract on your study and your results. In particular the last two sentence are vague. I would prefer to see some data, More generally, I suggest to focus the manuscript on the scientific results rather than on the methodology. 

 

3- Please define WIGig in the first mention for the ordinary reader 

 

4- 136-143 This a very vague statement. The manuscript does not provide any information please kindly rewrite it 

 

5- In figure 8 the x axis was named reflection coefficient the in figure 9 the same axis was named with S-Parameter ,why? 

 

6- The manufacturing process and testing result hasn't been mentioned in the article 

 

7- Please kindly add a comment on the comparison between simulation and measured

8- In several instances I also suggested to cite more relevant and recent literature.
