Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. A description of the research methods should be added to the abstract

In introduction, I suggest that part of the content about the geographical and climatic 2. background in the second paragraph should be moved to the first paragraph, and the description of the greenhouse should be put in the second paragraph

3. This study mainly compares the microclimate under three kinds of greenhouse structures. Therefore, I suggest to add the literature related to greenhouse microclimate and greenhouse structure in the introduction.

4. Cloudy days are also important typical weather to evaluate the performance of solar greenhouse. Why only the typical sunny days of three consecutive months are selected as the focus of analysis in the early microclimate environment.

5. It is mentioned in 3.1.3 that the dry north wall absorbs a large amount of water in the air. Is this state of absorption continuous or in a certain period of time? Is there any basis? If there is no suggestion to delete this view?

6. In 3.2.7, the heat flow of the back roof of G1 is much higher than that of the other two greenhouses in the daytime.

Reviewer 2 Report

1. The specific material and structure of G3 combined solar greenhouse are unclear

2.The description of how to arrange the soil temperature sensor point in 2.2.2.3 is unclear . It should be a collection point every 10cm  in the vertical direction

3. The meaning and legend of different acquisition points in Figure 4 are too small to see clearly, and the legend of hollow black spots is not shown in the soil

4. 3.2.1 Temperature variation rate in CSGs, The heating rates of the three CSGs were determined to be 3.62, 4.4, and 4.77 ° C/h for G1, G2, and G3, respectively. From Table 8, we can see that the heating rates are not constant and should not be defined as constant values. Can you carry out fitting curve analysis?

5. The full text collected data from three different greenhouses and several light and thermal environments, and made data analysis, and reached relevant conclusions. It is concluded that G3 combined solar greenhouse is more suitable for use in Xinjiang desert areas. It is recommended to conduct comprehensive evaluation in combination with the cost and economic value of solanaceous plant yield and other economic values

6. In terms of obtaining the photothermal environment parameters, the thermal radiation value, thermal radiation loss rate and other data should be linked with the internal temperature and humidity, and the inducement of different internal temperature changes should be analyzed
