Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Observations:

1. You can add also a comparison between SMAW, MIG, and TIG welding processes (regarding the results obtained).

2. At the references please see the observations on the pdf.

3. see the row 24,25 (the size of the text)

4. regarding the experimental and artificial intelligence based models, you can put also  a comparison in % (for the differences).

5. at figure 1 put the missing points.

6. at row 182 space between 8 and mm.

7. the same observation for row 163.

Reviewer 2 Report

1.     In the Introduction section, the authors are requested to explain why they chose to study these three welding methods.

2.     In the Materials and Methods section, please explain the reason for selecting the range of welding parameters.

3.     The reviewer did not find a Discussion section in the manuscript, so it seems that the authors have not included a discussion of the predicted results. Please confirm whether the authors have forgotten to add this section. Also, the reviewer did not find Part 4 in the current version. The authors are requested to add this section to facilitate further review. Thank you.

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

The quality of the article has improved compared to the previous version.

Here are my minor revision suggestions:

1. The table format in the article does not comply with the journal standards, please make corrections.

2. The author could attempt to further enrich Section 3.3, for example, discussing the contribution of the model results to the classic theory of welding.
