Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript examined the presence of a regulation system involved in thermophilin 13 production by in silico gene mining. In my opinion, the objectives are clearly explained, the MS is very well written and structured including detailed description of methods and results. I consider this paper an addition to the current knowledge.
