Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear authors,

Thank you very much for sending your paper to the journal. The paper suffers from the following weakness and in the next version, these issues should be addressed:

1- The abstract should contain only the purpose, method, findings and originality

2-The research gap is not highlighted in the paper, so this part should be stated clearly in the introduction section.

3-The main issue is research methodology: It is unclear how you selected your sample.

4- Statistics did not analyse the obtained data and this part needs to be conducted in the study

-The Effect of Corporate Governance Structure on Fraud and Money Laundering

-The effect of corporate lobbying on fraud and money laundering

-The effect of social and intellectual capital on fraud and money laundering in Iraq

-Taxonomies of money laundering: an Iranian perspective

3- The conclusion part should be revised according to the findings

Please see the attached document. Additional context:

I cannot speak to the adequacy of several of the references, because I cannot read Portuguese. To reflect this, I chose the option "Can be improved" because "I do not have the ability to judge all cited references" is not an option.
